Bet Bingo Terms and Conditions – Philippine Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Bet Bingo online gaming platform, accessible at betbingo.best ("Platform" or "Site"). The Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses any part of the Bet Bingo website or mobile platform.

• Log out from shared or public devices after each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available for additional security.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Bet Bingo support immediately via live chat. We will temporarily lock your account while the security review is conducted. Bet Bingo is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials with a third party.

Important deposit rules:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches over several business days.

General bonus rules:

• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 20× and 35× the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire after the stated validity window.
• Bonuses are valid for one use per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• Bet Bingo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed an active offer will have their existing terms honoured.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Accidental bets cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• Bet Bingo reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on erroneous odds or incorrect game conditions due to technical error.
• In live sports betting, bets accepted before an event is suspended or cancelled will be settled based on the rules applicable to that specific market.
• Bet Bingo reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any game, event, or market at any time. High-value bets may require additional processing time.
• In the event of a dispute about a bet settlement, the decision of Bet Bingo's trading team is final after review.

Game-specific rules are listed in the help section of each game. For live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, etc.), the live dealer's table rules apply as stated at the start of each session at Bet Bingo.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Bet Bingo and will result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment details, false identity, or any fraudulent method to register or fund an account.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using betting patterns designed purely to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other competitive game format.
• Money Laundering: Using Bet Bingo to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin. All suspicious transactions are reported to Philippine financial regulators.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events you have inside knowledge of or have influenced. This includes any involvement in sports match manipulation.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or exploit games at Bet Bingo without prior written approval.

Bet Bingo is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to make money, solve financial problems, or escape personal difficulties.

Bet Bingo provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you're allowed to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a set period of continuous play.

• The account is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player is found to be under the minimum age of 21.

• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, betting strategy, or misuse of the platform.

In all cases, Bet Bingo's total liability to any individual player for any single incident is capped at the player's deposited balance at the time of the incident, excluding bonus funds. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law.

Bet Bingo may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time in order to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform features, or our operating policies.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will:
